The service
Stucco application, repair and foundation parging that keeps water out.
Stucco protects and finishes exterior walls; parging protects the exposed foundation below them. Both are cement systems, both fail the same way: water gets behind a coat that was applied thin, over a dirty surface, or without a bonding layer.
We clean and repair the substrate, apply a bonding agent, build the coat to full thickness with mesh where the wall needs it, and finish in the texture and colour you chose. Then it is sealed.

Repair or redo?
If more than a third of a wall is failing, a full re-coat is cheaper over five years than chasing patches. We tell you which at the assessment.
How long does parging last?
Twenty years and more when applied over a bonded, full-thickness base. Most failed parging we see was a single thin coat over a dirty wall.
Can you match my existing texture?
Yes. We sample the existing finish and test on a hidden section before the full coat.
