How we restore a foundation
Our five-layer parging system
Failed parging is almost always one thin coat over a dirty wall. Ours is five layers, each with a job.

Surface prep
Loose material removed, wall washed, cracks cut and filled.

Bonding agent
Acrylic bonding coat so the new cement grips old block or concrete.

Base coat
Polymer cement built to full thickness, mesh where the wall needs it.

Finish coat
Texture and colour to match or spec; edges tooled clean.

Breathable sealer against water, road salt and freeze-thaw.

How long does a typical project take?
Parging and concrete step repairs are usually one to three days. A full stucco application on a single-family home runs one to three weeks depending on size and detailing. Interior renovations are scheduled against a written plan and you get the timeline before work begins.
What is Jewelstone concrete and how is it different from regular concrete?
Jewelstone is a decorative, polymer-modified concrete overlay applied over existing concrete steps, walkways and porches. It bonds to the substrate, seals against freeze-thaw and road salt, and finishes in a textured, slip-resistant surface. Plain concrete cracks and pits; Jewelstone is designed to be resurfaced rather than replaced.
