Ciwan Contracting Inc is a Woodbridge-based general contractor specialising in EIFS stucco, foundation parging and Jewelstone decorative concrete. Established in 2013, we have completed work across Vaughan, Woodbridge, Toronto and the surrounding GTA for homeowners, builders and commercial clients.
Every project is priced from an on-site assessment and delivered under an itemised written quote by our own crew — no subcontractors. All systems are installed to full specified thickness, all work is covered by a workmanship warranty, and the company is fully licensed, insured and WSIB compliant.

DuROCK PUCCS EIFS | How we build a stucco wall
Seven layers. One certified system.
We install the DuROCK PUCCS system (CCMC No. 12969-R) layer by layer, as the manufacturer specifies: drained, full thickness, in order, by the same crew.

Sheathing
Plywood or OSB on the wood frame. Everything bonds to it.

DuROCK Roller Bear
Moisture barrier, rolled over all the sheathing.
- 03
DuROCK Polar Bear
Second moisture barrier, trowelled on. Also bonds the insulation.
- 04
PUCCS EPS insulation
Insulation board with drainage grooves on the back.
- 05
DuROCK Reinforcing Mesh in Prep Coat
Glass-fibre mesh set in the base coat. Stops cracking.
- 06
DuROCK Base Primer
Tinted primer so the finish cures one even colour.
- 07
DuROCK Finish Coat
Acrylic finish in your texture and colour, trowelled by hand.

Yes. Site visits and written estimates are free and carry no obligation, anywhere in Vaughan and the GTA.
How long does a typical project take?
Parging and Jewelstone jobs are usually one to three days. A full stucco application on a single-family home runs one to three weeks depending on size and detailing. You get the timeline in writing before work begins.
What is Jewelstone concrete and how is it different from regular concrete?
Jewelstone is a decorative, polymer-modified concrete overlay applied over existing concrete steps, walkways and porches. It bonds to the substrate, seals against freeze-thaw and road salt, and finishes in a textured, slip-resistant surface. Plain concrete cracks and pits; Jewelstone is designed to be resurfaced rather than replaced.
